E-Learning Design Dilema

   Each day, billions of e-mails traverse the Net. Assume that you have been   tasked to train 100 teachers or employees, who reside around the globe, on   your school’s or company’s new initiative. Mary, one of your assistants,   suggests that you use e-mail messages to deliver the training. Discuss the   pros and cons of using e-mail as a training tool. Discuss training situations   for which e-mail would or would not be appropriate. Respond to at least two   of your classmates postings.
