You have been tasked to introduce new policies to your   school's or company's staff. Janice, a new hire, suggests that you should   introduce each policy using a YouTube video. She says that people can watch   the videos at their leisure and as many times as they need. Describe your   thoughts on using YouTube as an e-learning tool. Visit the YouTube site and search for e-learning or   instructional design videos. Review at least 4 different   videos. Describe your findings and include the URL in your   post.
