Complete the “Tell Your Story” activity in Culturally Proficient Instruction: A Guide for People Who Teach (3rd Ed) on pages 9 to 12 and summarize your findings and experience with this activity in a one- to two-page reflection.  Consider how you might apply this experience or new knowledge to your future classroom or educational setting.  How can you address feelings of belonging in the curriculum or trainings that you may provide in the future?
 

A creative option: You may use Glogster, Voki, Screenr, or Storybird to relate how you will use this new knowledge in your future educational setting. Simply add the link to your creative project at the end of your summary.
