Economic Development Project

 The project will be to research and analyze a business development issue in your local community. 

• The background and detailed analysis of the issues facing the developer and the community should be presented and alternative solutions should be analyzed. 
• The project should include interviews with the developer and community officials and should include a detailed background of the situation.
•  Leadership issues, good or bad, should be highlighted. 
• Your recommendations for project developer should be included 
• Your paper should include a 1 page executive summary
