That's a pretty broad question and it's hard to give specific advice. I think you need to go back and make sure you really understand the Guatemalan culture and context by doing some more cultural, demographic, maybe economic research and then revisit the trends so that you are being specific to that context. The resources in the library guide might allow you to find more specific data.
For instance, there are indices that measure the number or percentage of users who have mobile access, internet access etc. My suspicion is that Guatemalan is very low. I'm not sure all even have access to electricity. If that is the case, then you have to revisit the technology trends, for example. It might even be possible (I don't know because I am not currently searching the sources, but am trying to provide exemplars), that technology further disenfranchised the disabled kids in Guatemala - if it is needed to find out about resources, etc.

Future Changes
Families in Guatemala in need of wheelchairs may encounter various external factors that can influence their daily lives. These factors encompass technological advancements, socio-cultural developments, and economic impacts. Understanding the intricate dynamics of these external influences is crucial for shaping future sales strategies, behaviors of stakeholders, and accessing critical resources.
Technological Advancements:
Technological progress is expected to have a positive impact on the lives of Guatemalan families relying on wheelchairs. By enhancing wheelchair design, mobility aids, and assistive technologies, accessibility, mobility, and independence for individuals with disabilities can be improved (Andrews et al., 2023). They will have access to more lightweight and compact wheelchairs, making it easier for them to move around, significantly enhancing their capacity for independent activities. Sturdier wheelchairs will also reduce safety concerns and maintenance requirements, providing parents with peace of mind when selecting wheelchairs for their children. Technological advancements will further enhance the functionality of wheelchairs, offering these families more features. However, due to socioeconomic considerations, these innovations may not be easily accessible or affordable for some families.
Socio-Cultural Shifts:
The lives of these families are profoundly affected by socio-cultural attitudes and beliefs surrounding disabilities. Societal tolerance and inclusivity are vital for improving accessibility, education, employment prospects, and overall social integration of individuals with disabilities. Increased societal tolerance would enable individuals with disabilities and their families to better access resources, establish closer connections with others, and maintain better mental health. Conversely, if societal prejudices and stigmas persist, these families will face greater challenges, potentially affecting their access to resources and their ability to interact with others, thereby complicating the issues (Grech, 2019).
Economic Impacts:
Unstable economic variables significantly impact families using wheelchairs. Poverty is a paramount issue that these families may grapple with, and economic stability, job opportunities, and access to healthcare can profoundly affect their quality of life. If Guatemala's economy steadily improves, it could be favorable news for families in need of wheelchairs as they might have additional funds to purchase them. However, during periods of economic downturn, limited financial capacity may hinder their ability to acquire suitable wheelchairs, assistive devices, and necessary medical care, exacerbating their difficulties and restricting their ability to lead satisfactory lives (Grech, 2019).
