E-mail to my new Manager and department

As my department has been merged to another department in the company that I work for which is (Passenger Experience) in the airport. 

I want a greeting E-mail that will be only send to my new manager < (Focus) and his team (My New Colleagues) as part of the E-mail and also something related about the (Passenger Experience) and how we will improve it together as a team.

I need solid words to him (My New Manager) and about the Passenger Experience department based on research through the tutor.
