The discussion topic is: “Describe your experience(s) with transformational leaders and servant leaders.”

For your Discussion Post Exercise this week, you will need to write two (2) posts, first an original post and then a reply post to another student's original post. You need to:

1. Compose an original post of 250-350 words, and
2. You will need to respond to one other student in your group with a reply post to their original post in 100-150 words.
3. Remember, ALL dialogue posts need to have citations and references (including reply posts).
