The Value Logistics Brings 

The  goal for this week is to better understand the important of logistics for your business. When we do a good job with logistics, we gain a competitive advantage by using  better locations,  developing entrée into new markets  and more customers, and/or lower distribution costs.  We can use the 7R's are: right product, right quantity, right condition, right place, right time, right customer, and right price (Swamidass, 2000).
