Here is your situation: You all are a top level management team for Washington Post.  After 80 years of family control, the new owner of the Washington Post is Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.

As a whole, the newspaper industry is struggling to survive and many publishing powerhouses have either cut back their publications or completely folded. 

So now you have a new owner with Jeff Bezos so now what? What is the new strategy that can be used to bring the Washington Post back to prominence?

As a group, your task is to create a strategy and execution plan.

Using all the concepts we have covered in class so far as possibilities, research the publishing industry, the Washington Post and any other relevant resources to brainstorm ideas with the class on potential strategies you could have to move the company forward.
