For this week, please provide a sample supervision contract that you would use in individual supervision. The contract will be assessed based on the elements outlined in your reading for this week as well as the lecture.

If you have one that you use with an existing supervisee (hopefully you do!), you can submit that for this week's assignment. Please redact (black out) the supervisee's name and identifying information.

If you do not have a sample contract, please draft one. You may consult your textbook and other resources for sample supervision contracts. However, your contract should be specific to you as a supervisor - not a template. The expectation is that you will actually use your supervision contract  as a professional tool.
