 After participating in today’s lecture, reading the text and articles, describe how you believe we can keep highly qualified people in the teaching profession?  Do you know someone that chose not to go into education as a profession, left the profession early, or is in the profession and considering leaving?  What are/were their reasons?  Explain what policy options might impact their decisions.
