the police must be “objectively reasonable” when each these following 5 factors are

considered:

1. The severity of the crime in question

2. The apparent threat posed by the suspect

3. Whether the suspect was trying to resist or flee

4. The 'reasonableness' of a particular use of force must be judged from the

perspective of a reasonable officer on the scene, rather than with the 20/20 vision of

hindsight.”
