1) What is the difference between effective praise and ineffective praise? How is praise the same or different than feedback? What were you more responsive to as a student – feedback or praise? Why?

2)Identify at least two types of feedback and describe how you would use them in your own classroom. Using the “Class Profile” as a resource, discuss how you might have to differentiate these types of feedback depending on the students’ learning abilities and needs.
