Then you will compare and contrast their strengths and weaknesses. Combine all your research from the paper and the Community Analysis Paper to make a recommendation whether one, both, or neither of the organizations should be implemented or continue to exist in your community.  This paper must be in a .doc, .pdf, or .rtf format. The paper must be 3-4 pages not including title page and references. Your work should be double-spaced, 12-point standard fonts, with 1-nch margins all around.
