For question 1, I also need to specify the geographic area you are considering. Trend of the market.     Question 2, I need value proposition for Marriott. I also need a Perceptual Map( a graph).  The question says it needs to include product and the key competitor’s positioning. ( you can use Ritz-Carlton and one competitor of it to do the question)
