To prepare for this discussion, search the Internet for data on the current outbreaks of measles, mumps, whooping cough, and other infectious diseases. Remember to think critically about your reference choices.

• Using the precede-proceed model, create a one-page memo to a hypothetical supervisor, identifying three important factors in the controversy over immunizations and why they are important: the "precede" part of the model. Include references for your findings.
