• Prior to the program evaluation planning stage, thought must be given to standards, stakeholders, and the role of each in the desired program outcomes. As the evaluator, how would you describe the evaluation program and process to leaders and stakeholders so that they understand the importance of evaluation and the role they must play in the process?
