• Reflect on the program evaluation process. What lessons have you learned? What worked? What obstacles did you face or what potential obstacles do you foresee in future evaluations? What would you have done differently for your plan regarding methodology, data analysis, and instrument creation?

Include your own experience as well as two citations that align with or contradict your comments as sourced from peer-reviewed academic journals, industry publications, books, and/or other sources. Cite your sources using APA formatting.
