Purchase the answer here to access your answer please. When I post to the question you posted, it requires me to post for 60 because of the 20 that was refunded. SO I posted for 40 as agreed. Remember I refunded the 20 so you will be required to pay the 40 please

You can see from the image attached below that it wants to be to posted for 60 instead of 40 because of the 20 that was refunded so you can be charged 40. 

So it is easier to post here as a private tutorial for you
