Donation Refusal Letter

 You work for a small accounting firm, Wong Accounting Inc. as the Office Manager. You have received a request from a client, Kai Patel, to sponsor his son’s hockey team for the upcoming season. The request is to provide $2000 in exchange for your firm’s name and logo on the uniforms. While this is great publicity and you have a strong relationship with Kai, you have already allotted all of your donation dollars for the year.

Draft a letter to Kai Patel letting him know that you will have to turn down his request. Remember that he is a valuable client so you want to remain on good terms.
