Domestic Environment

Consider and compare women-owned business enterprise (WOBE) and military veteran woman-owned business enterprise (VWOBE) as compared to male counterpart entrepreneurs in the U.S. The U.S is the domestic environment. What are the barriers in the domestic environment to WOBE, and do VWOBE, as a subset, encounter barriers unique for women military veterans?  How might these barriers be overcome?  Discuss.
