Do individuals improve more from depression when using psychotropic medications?  

Ha: Mu1 ( mean of symptoms of group taking psychotropic drugs) < Mu 2 ( mean of symptoms of group NOT taking psychDrugs)
H0: Mu 1 = Mu 2 (no difference in group means of symptoms between groups)"
This says that our HA symptoms Mu1 is less than the symptoms of Mu 2 group not taking the drugs. The HO says the Mu1 is = to the Mu2 which means there is no difference.
