The Working Environment for Nurses

Instructions:

Think about your nursing work environment; next, answer the following questions:

1. What do you think affects your nursing work environment in the Covid-19 pandemic situation? Why?

2. What can you do to change this situation? Did you try to implement any change to solve it? If yes, did you see any progress in your work environment?

Remember to review the  academic expectations for your submission.

Submission Instructions:

· Submit your initial discussion post by 11:59 pm ET on Wednesday.  

· Contribute a minimum of 450 words for your initial post. It should include at least two academic sources, formatted, and cited in APA.

· Respond to at least two of your classmates' discussion posts by 11:59 pm ET on Saturday. Ask a question, and provide a different viewpoint.

· All replies must be constructive and use literature to support them.

· You can expect feedback from the instructor within 48 to 72 hours from the due date.
