1. In      the case how was symptomatic thought process displayed? What were the      instances where this happened?
  2. How      were the stereotypes overcome? What does it mean to fend of stereotypes?
  3. In      the case, due to the haphazard of offices in NYC, the tragedy of 9/11 revealed      a lot of gaps in the firms strategic planning. What can be done to resolve      the mystery of a proper headcount so that appropriate resources can be      allocated, not only right after the incident, but going forward?
