Diversity in Organizations

 

Find an article that discusses one of the following topics from the readings: Discrimination based on race/ethnicity, LGBTQIA, or Sexual Orientation Barriers in the workplace.

Summarize your article. Discuss how the article ties into the information from the textbook. Does it agree or disagree? Compare/contrast the information. Was any new information revealed? How could you apply the readings and make changes in the workplace or in the classroom?

Include your topic and the title of your article in the subject of your post. You must not use an article that another student has already selected. You can post a discussion “claiming” an article before you post, but remember to put the article information in the subject so your classmates can see it. You must post a working direct link to your article so others may view it. Your summary should be at least three paragraphs long
