Explain various view points on the topics/issues (relate back to the subsequent chapter)  . Formulate an opinion on your thoughts and ideas on the topics/issues .  Compare and contrast the findings from the article from the topics and viewpoints discussed in the textbook (W.F. Cascio, Managing Human Resources: Productivity, Quality of Work Life, Profits, 10th Edition, New York: McGrawHill, 2016.) . At the end of the document attach the article provide a link to the article (this is not included in the 2 page documentation)
