2.1. What happens if an organization develops a reputation for only valuing individual workers from specific backgrounds?

2.2. What are the negative consequences of having diversity without a climate of support? Give examples.

2.3. Minority or non-dominant groups are not necessarily fewer in number than a majority or dominant groups.  Why are groups that are more numerous able to be dominated?

2.4. People tend to attribute positive characteristics to members of their in-groups, and negative characteristics to members of groups to which they do not belong. In-group favoritism and out-group bias disadvantage non-dominant groups and impede diversity.  Why does this happen? Why are non-dominant groups disadvantaged? What can be done to reduce this propensity?
