** Based on what you've read and learned in Chapters 9 and 10:

(1) take the Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (ALQ) self-assessment and discuss your scores relative to each of its four components (self-awareness, internalized moral perspective, balanced processing, and relational transparency). Do your scores suggest that you are stronger in one or more of the components? Do you agree with this assessment (if possible, give a personal example to support your assertion); then,

(2) take the Servant Leadership Questionnaire (SLQ) self-assessment and discuss where you stand with the seven dimensions of Servant Leadership (emotional healing, creating value for the community, conceptual skills, empowering, helping followers grow and succeed, putting followers first, and behaving ethically). Discuss how you believe your assessment results either fit or don't fit your pre-assessment view of yourself (if possible, give a personal example); then,

(3) discuss which approach you believe is your best-fit style (preference) based on how you understand both yourself and the two styles as of today.
