 This week we explore a topic that is in the news - Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.  There is a fairly recent executive order titled,  "Preventing Online Censorship."   Let's discuss internet censorship - is it needed? who should decide? do  we have the right approach? the right tools?  Current research is  welcome.  Are there viable proposals?
