 Need Brainstorming ideas

Imagine you are the owner of a small company and you are developing an Ethics Training Workshop with your employees. Address the following:

1. What is your company and what are your primary concerns in terms of unethical employee actions in your line of work?
2. Develop an ethical dilemma that you would like your employees to respond to. It should be specific to your company's line of work and your ethical concerns. A good ethical dilemma will be one that is complicated and involves trade-offs based on competing values and dilemmas. Your goal is to make your employees realize that ethics is not straight-forward, and they need to think hard about how to be ethical. Your dilemma should therefore pit truth versus loyalty, or individual versus community interests, or short-term versus long-term costs/benefits, or justice versus mercy.
