 Topic:  You were recently hired as the project manager for an IT implementation project for a growing company that needs an entire IT overhaul.  You were told that the previous project manger was removed from the position because the project is currently over budget, late, and the client is not happy with the initial quality review.  After receiving guidance from your program manager to "get the project back on target," you bring the project team together for a first meeting.  What is your agenda and outcomes for this meeting?
