Think of a job setting (a place where people work) that you are familiar with. It may be a current job, a past job, or the job of a friend or family member. Answer the following questions: 

1. Could someone in their 70s work in this setting? Is it accessible to someone who needs assistance? Does it offer a welcoming environment for older people? Explain your answer. 
2. Give 2 examples of changes or improvements that your employer could institute to make the job setting more "age-friendly."
