Over the last four weeks, we have discussed different forms of rule e.g. monarchy, theocracy, oligarchy, and democracy. The United States is a representative democracy rather than a direct democracy. Some people think the U.S. should become a direct democracy. Do you think that the U.S. can make this change? How would this change impact governance and politics in the U.S.?
