Using the three articles above as a reference, define the concept of global citizenship.  Include this definition in a post to this forum wherein you also respond to the following questions:

1. What comes to mind when you hear the word 'globalization'?  What associations, ideas, concepts or images are associated with this term?
2. Do you think that there are responsibilities (to others, the world, the environment, etc.) associated with being a citizen of this planet?  Why or why not?
