There are many contextual factors influencing the workplace today, including generational differences, the economy, education, the multicultural workplace, and other factors.  In this week’s discussion:

1. Identify two (2) contextual issues that impact human resources’s ability to properly staff an organization and/or forecast future employment needs. 
2. Other than the issues that you identified, what do you see as the primary impediment to organizational staffing and how would you propose overcoming that impediment?
