Discussion week 5 Advanced Decision Making

 Remember that problem owners and stakeholders often like to have choices. By developing several alternatives and modeling each of them, you can present a balanced yet comprehensive view of the problem and its solutions. Section 10.16.3 of the BABOK® Guide details decision analysis. Using a company you have worked for (or would like to work for) as an example, share how a decision tree could be used to show possible solutions.
