After reading Chapter 11, complete the following assignment and post it in the forum. 

As team lead in a company, you have been asked to recruit employees to participate in a charitable event. This could be a charity walk or race, an event, a participation in community action. Using https://www.canva.com/, create a flyer and post it in the discussion (do not post as an attachment) along with a brief statement of why people should volunteer for this event. Use the "Add Content" function, i.e. the ⊕ icon in the toolbar above.

Then, in less than 100 words, post a comment in the discussion board with your flyer. Explain your choices and how they relate to the textbook readings assigned thus far in the course (Chapters 1, 2, 11, and if applicable, 9 and 10). Be sure to quote, cite, and reference our class textbook.
