Discussion-Tools for demand management

For this week discussion - read chapter 18 in the course text.  After reading chapter 18, In your own words, discuss ONE of the THREE tools for demand Management (Page 273-274).  Review and respond to at least two students’ posts.

Please ensure the initial post and two response posts are substantive. Substantive posts will do at least TWO of the following:

· Ask an interesting, thoughtful question pertaining to the topic
