Statement 1 Registration is a concept or deterrence effort to keep recidivist sexual offender behavior at a distance. However, merely registering is not going to prevent sexual offenses from occurring.

Statement 2:   In conclusion, personally I believe we should place some level of restriction on where sex offenders live. The public should be aware that there are dangerous predators in the area.
