Statement 1:     The recommendations I would have for police executives would be to seek higher education by way of training to shed light on the different ways stress is applied by gender. 

Statement 2:      Qualitative data including descriptions of experiences in different treatment between female and male officers in the work environment is important to present. The fact that people in the same position have such different experiences which then lead to different variations of burnout is something a police executive should know
