Statement 1: Most people believe begging is due to the lack of employment that leads to individual not making ends meet. Begging could be for many different reasons like drug addiction and debt within a household. Prices of food, utilities and medical bills continue to grow while salary continue to stay the same this led to beggars.
Statement 2: Crime is often mis-measured, as well as statistics not always being accurate. Thus, it makes it hard to believe something unless you know the full context of what is being measured, and all factors are taken into consideration
