Russa Rank 137, 28% Highly corrupted

USA Rank 23, 69% 

Canada Rank 12, 77% cleanest 

USA rank is better than I expected but the corruption is not as high as I was expected. When compared to another country I thought Russia and USA would be rank close but I was sad to say I was way off. But the corruption level was close in %.

I don't think USA should allow this type of payment. Because of how it is used as a bribe for maybe criminal activity. This can lead to something mess. This is close to bribery since it offers or solicited in return for service a person or company.  The only difference is that one is undue and illegal. I can see a lot of company using this type of payment for unreasonable things and it leading them to ask for illegal activities.
