  Overall, in any instance of conflict, it is vital to organizations within the criminal justice system to have trained leaders who are well prepared and equipped to aid in communication, easing tension between coworkers and assisting employees in expressing the emotions they experience in a healthy manner. Training supervisors and those in authority in methods of conflict resolution, devising methods of planning, providing education on recognizing the signs of a potential conflict
