Jesus’s full divinity and full humanity is important to Christianity because God made his son Jesus in our image, and he purged us of our sins by dying on the cross. It also states we may be made in the likeness of God, but we shall be his servants and Jesus being made in the form of a man he was humbled and became obedient unto death and the death of the cross. Jesus sat the precedent for us as Christian’s and in the Bible, for we should be following Jesus because he is our Lord.

Jesus’s full divinity and full humanity is important to Christianity because it is easier to relate to him and understand him and learn from his teachings. If Jesus is like humans, he can experience temptation, sin, and suffering just as us humans can. With Jesus being full divinity, he can spread the word of God and forgive those that have sinned. For Jesus to spread the word of God, he took form, developed followers, performed miracles, and proved redemption.

As far as my Christian perspective is concerned, the significance of the biblical teaching that Jesus was completely God and completely human cannot be overstated. Reading Philippians 2:5-11 makes me think about how very humble Jesus was. Despite his deity, he decided to be born a person. I am convinced that God watches over and shares in our human experience because of this act of self-emptying. It's a heartfelt demonstration of compassion and understanding. Hebrews 1:1-3 also confirms Jesus' position as the exact embodiment of God's being and speaks to His divine nature. As a link between the supernatural and the mundane, this duality is central to my faith. As I consider Jesus' humanity, I am reminded of a God who is compassionate and knows our joys and pains. His deity gives me confidence in His omnipotence and redemption. The foundation of my Christian beliefs is Jesus' unity of divine being and humanity, which offers a profound and unique way to relate to God.

The Christian worldview and the Bible both affirm that Jesus was both entirely God and human. The importance of this message to Christianity is demonstrated by Hebrews 1:1–3 and Philippians 2:5–11. The Christian notion of redemption is predicated on Jesus's complete divinity and humanity. According to Philippians 2:5–11, Jesus—who existed just as God—emptied himself and became a servant, taking on the appearance of a human person at birth. This indicates that Jesus was able to reconcile mankind and God by bridging the gap between the two as he was entirely human and divine. According to Hebrews 1:3, Jesus is the exact image of God, and it is because of his death on the cross that people can now be forgiven and made right with God. Christianity values Jesus's whole humanity and divinity because it shows how much God loves people. According to Philippians 2:5–11, Jesus submitted to death on a cross and humbled himself. God's love for humanity is demonstrated by this act of selflessness and sacrifice, which also reveals that God was prepared to go to tremendous measures to deliver people from sin and death. In conclusion, the teaching of Jesus's whole humanity and divinity is crucial to Christianity because it illustrates God's compassion for people, is central to the Christian perspective of redemption, and serves as a guide for Christians in how to live their lives.

1. What I believe is the main theme Jesus is communicating is that no matter how far we may stray from our Lord we can make our way back to the right way of living and to him. We may live in the most sinful ways but can be forgiven and accepted back if we repent.
2. The three principal characters are the father, the eldest son, and the youngest son. Who I identify with the most is the youngest son. I may not have lived a riotous life but when I was younger, I didn’t live in the most virtuous ways and wasn’t always the best Christian, but I found my way back and even got baptized in 2015.

The theme of God's unending love and forgiveness is captured in the Parable of the Prodigal Son. The younger son's disobedience, wasteful lifestyle, and eventual return serve as an example of how people can stray from God, repent, and find deep acceptance in God's mercy. The father represents God's reaction to penitent souls because of his unwavering love, compassion, and forgiveness.
The older son represents the struggle of self-righteousness and the inability to fully comprehend the extent of God's grace since he is jealous of his brother's recovery. This story invites people to consider their spiritual journeys, acknowledging times of wandering and God's steadfast, embracing embrace.
Believing in the prodigal son is often synonymous with admitting one's sins and needing to make amends. However, the road of transformation necessitates a change in perspective towards identifying with the Father - a spirit of unrestricted forgiveness, compassion, and joy of reconciliation. The story is a reflection of God's divine invitation to every individual, urging them to encounter the fullness of God's love and, in turn, show others the same grace. In the end, the Prodigal Son Parable is a moving reminder of the transformative power of accepting forgiveness and the redeeming power of heavenly love.

The Parable of the Prodigal son is about Gods grace, God is ready to forgive We just need to repent and turn to God. The three main characters are the father the older son and the younger son. I could probably relate to the father the most as a mother my children come first and i love them unconditionally even if they do something wrong. John 4:7 says, "Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God." The Parable of the Prodigal son tells us of God's unconditional love for His children.

Repentance and God's Unconditional Love are the main themes being shown in the parable, it illustrates the transformative power of repentance and the unconditional love of God. It emphasizes that no matter how far one may stray or how grievous one's mistakes are, genuine repentance leads to the open arms of a loving and forgiving Father.
· The Prodigal Son : This character represents a reckless individual who demands all his inheritance right away, squanders it in sinful living, and finds himself in a bad state. However, recognizing his errors, he humbly returns to his father, seeking forgiveness and a place in the household.
· The Father: the parable symbolizes God's unconditional love, mercy, and readiness to forgive. Despite the son's poor choices, the father welcomes him back with open arms, demonstrating the Father's joy at the repentance of a reckless child.
· The Older Brother: who becomes resentful upon the prodigal son's return, symbolizes the attitude of self-righteousness and lack of mercy. He struggles with forgiveness and fails to grasp the depth of the father's love and grace. I would say I identify as the prodigal son only because as a teenager all I wanted was to party and have fun, living a a life that was not for me only because I wanted to follow friends of mine. I soon realized that it was not what I wanted to be doing and thankfully I have a great dad who never judges me and is always there for me.

In Philippians 2:5-11, it is explained that Jesus, although being in the form of God, emptied himself and took on the form of a servant, being born in human likeness. This passage emphasizes the voluntary act of Jesus to humble himself and become human, while still retaining his divine nature. It highlights the selfless love anda sacrifice of Jesus for humanity.
Hebrews 1:1-3 also emphasizes Jesus' divinity, stating that he is the "exact imprint" of God's nature. Hebrews 2:14-18 further explains that Jesus became human to experience suffering and temptation, making him a compassionate high priest who can sympathize with our weaknesses. This passage emphasizes Hesus' humanity and his ability to relate to us.

Jesus being fully God and fully Human gives a unique and important impression of exactly who He is. For the Christian worldview this is key in identifying the importance of Jesus. He is both authoritative while also being relatable and thus compassionate to us. His experience as a human gives us the assurance that he can be compassionate, understanding and forgiving to our sins as he was also tempted to sin while on earth. Jesus represents redemption because he was sent to earth for this reason, to be the sacrifice for our sins. Jesus being human also sets an example of how to behave, as we should be humble, kind and forging of others as well. The premise of Christianity relies on Jesus to be both the All Mighty and the sacrifice to provide redemption to believers.
Philippians 2:5-11 is an example of humility and obedience. These verses identify how Jesus was the prime example for behavior. We are to be obedient to the Lord with blind faith and also be humble in our interactions in the world, as Jesus was.
Hebrews 1:1-3 explains that Jesus was God and that His human existence was a sacrifice to save us from our sins. God sent Jesus to be an example of a life lived without sin and as means for forgiveness, when we are undeserving. These verses then explain that after Jesus' mission was complete he returned to sit at God's side and rule over all of creation.

Hello Professor and class,
I believe that the concept of Jesus being fully God and fully human, as stated in the Bible and Christian worldview, is fundamental to Christianity. In Philippians 2:5-11 and Hebrews 1:1-3, we see the acknowledgment of Jesus's dual nature. This teaching is crucial as it emphasizes the deep connection between the divine and the human in the person of Jesus. It reinforces the idea that Jesus understands our human experiences, struggles, and emotions because he shared in our humanity. Recognizing Jesus's full divinity and humanity is important for understanding the sacrificial part of his death on the cross. As a fully divine being, his sacrifice holds infinite value, offering salvation to humanity. His full humanity allows for genuine empathy and solidarity with us, making his teachings and example more relatable and applicable to our lives. The affirmation of Jesus's dual nature plays a central role in shaping the Christian worldview, highlighting both the transcendent and immanent aspects of God. This understanding deepens our connection with the divine and highlights the deep significance of Jesus's life, death, and resurrection.

In the parable of the prodigal son, Jesus is communicating several important messages. The main thing Jesus is conveying through this parable is the unconditional love and forgiveness of God. The story revolves around a son who asks for his inheritance early and squanders it in reckless living. When he realizes his mistakes and decides to return home, his fathere welcomes him with open arms, running towards him and embracing him. The father's response is filled with compassion and forgiveness, even though the son had acted selfishly and wasted his ineritance. Jusus is illustrating Gid's immense love and willingness to forgive those who repent and turn back to Him. No matter how far we may have strayed or how grievous our mistakes, Godis always ready to receive us with open arms when we seek His forgiveness.
The three principal characters are the younger son, the father, and the elder son. I would have to say that individuals may rerlate to the younger son because I have made mistakes or experienced a sense of waywardness but have found redemption and forgiveness. Others may identify with the father because they may have experienced or strive to embody unconditional love and forgiveness.

Hello class and Professor,
After reading the parable of the Prodigal Son, I believe the main theme that Jesus is communicating is the concept of forgiveness and unconditional love. The story highlights how a father forgives and embraces his disobedient son upon his return, symbolizing God's infinite compassion for us.
The three principal characters in the parable are the father, the prodigal son, and the elder son. The father represents God's mercy and forgiveness, the prodigal son symbolizes repentance and redemption, while the elder son embodies self righteousness and a lack of understanding.
Personally, I identify most with the prodigal son. I see reflections of my own shortcomings and mistakes in his journey. The realization of wrong choices, the humility to seek forgiveness, and the hope for redemption resonate with my own experiences. It reminds me of the power of second chances and the transformative nature of genuine repentance.

The main theme that is being communicated is that God is like the father, loving, compassionate and forgiving. Although God has lost "son's" in the world, He will celebrate with the return of any of them. The parable of the Prodigal Son is an example of how we live in the world, we may squander what we have and give our attention to things other than the Lord. Despite these misdeeds, we will be forgiven with repentance to the Lord. It is an example of humility, like many of us find ourselves in situations where we have made bad decisions that have lead to negative outcomes. Sometimes we don't realize the magnitude of our actions until after they have manifested significant negativity in our lives. This parable shows us that even though we may have made decisions that have distanced us from our Father, he will always be forging when we repent.
The three characters in these verses are the youngest son, the older son and the father. The youngest son is greedy, frivolous and careless with his wealth. After wasting all of his inheritance that he requested to have early, he returns to his father to repent. He plans to ask to become a servant for his father, as he knows being a servant for his him is more fruitful than the life he now has far away from his family. He becomes aware of his consequences that were due to his bad behavior and decisions and is remorseful for them. The older brother has been obedient to his father his whole life and did not ask to take his share of his father wealth early. So when the younger son returns and is greeted with a celebration, he becomes angry, jealous and feels as if his good deeds have been over looked while the bad deeds of the younger son are being rewarded. The father is a man of wealth and love. He loves both of his sons. The father celebrates when the younger son returns, he says he has returned from death (Luke 15:27,32). He also tells the older, obedient, son that he will inherit everything and that he should celebrate the return of his brother too.
I think that I can identify with each character to some degree. However I believe that I relate most to the Prodigal son. I have made mistakes in my life and had to ask for forgiveness. I have asked for forgiveness because I have whole heatedly felt remorseful. I feel like this is the parable is a reminder to us all that we should recognize our sins and repent.

The central theme Jesus communicates in the Prodigal Son parable is redemption. I did not say forgiveness because I believe that falls under redemption.
The three principal characters in the parable are the younger son, the older son, and the father. I identify with the younger son the most because I can relate to his journey. I have made many mistakes and been in dark places like the younger son. I have been able to return to God for forgiveness and open arms. God continues to bless me and love me despite my mistakes.
