It's very interesting to learn about the different perspectives on agreeing and disagreeing with the origin of the universe. Atheists believe in acknowledging their scientific perspective over logical and supportive religious facts. I've always acknowledged how my religion with traditional values differs me from most other people including their religions. What atheists and Christians have in common is their moral judgment of character and being open-minded with certain beliefs. The differences in beliefs can change the way a person thinks about things in life. If someone believes that the origin of the universe is scientifically related, they're more than likely going to think more logically and use scientific evidence to prove their perspective. A person who believes that the universe is made by the words of God can think differently about things based off the Bible.

Both atheist and Christians believe the universe was created almost in a flash. Christians with God saying let there be light and atheist through the big bang. the difference in believes on how the universe is created has a big impact on how people live their lives, because God created the universe praise God through love and kindness to others as way to thank him for what he has given us. Atheists live with the belief that kindness is an option and because we were created through evolution our actions have no real consequences when we die.

Atheists and Christians both agree that the universe was created by something, but they differ on how it was created. Atheists believe the universe was created by the Big Bang and over time matter and energy formed the universe. Christians believe that God created the universe and everything associated with it. Christians live their life based on fulfilling God's way of life and what they feel would serve him by their actions. Atheists live life to fulfill their own needs and wants instead of doing things to serve someone else.

Something both atheist and Christians both believe is that the universe had a beginning however, what they believe this beginning is and what comes after we die is different. Atheist tend to go by a scientific approach as they don't believe in god or divine intervention meanwhile, Christians believe god is the creator of heaven and earth. I believe this impacts how a person lives their life as it plants a foundation of their beliefs and morals as well as the motivation they may have throughout their life. This is true as Christians follow the bible and turn to their religion and to god to guide them throughout their lives in contrary to atheist who tend to follow social expectations and set their own sets of beliefs and morals based on how they are raised or what they learn or encounter. Due to this it is often known that people find faith in times of hardship as it gives a sense of belonging and community in what is a big world.

Hello Class,
Atheism and Christianity both agree the universe exists but they disagree with how it was created. Atheism is the disbelief in a God or Gods, therefore they believe the universe was created naturally and can be explained with scientific reasoning. On the other hand, the Christian worldview includes the belief in God. Christianity believes in a divine creator, God, who created the universe and all life within. These differing views profoundly shape individuals' lives. Christian beliefs provide a moral framework, purpose, and a sense of divine connection, influencing a worshipful and ethical lifestyle. Atheistic perspectives, grounded in science, may lead to a focus on reason, human agency, and responsibility toward the natural world, impacting personal choices and values.

Hey Class,
One characterization I would use to describe God is all-powerful. Christians believe God is capable of creating and sustaining the universe. Another characteristic of God is all-knowing. It is generally believed that the Christian God knows the past, present, and future of the universe and he uses this knowledge to guide humanity. Lastly, I would describe God as all-loving. God is believed to love all of his "children" and is capable of eternal forgiveness. These characteristics of God are important to the Christian worldview because these are the reasons Christians can put their faith and trust into God's plan and come to rely on him.

In Christianity, God is believed to be the eternal, supreme being who created and preserves all things. The three characteristics of God are: 1) All-knowing God- A God who has the power to know all. 2) All-powerful God- A God with unlimited powers.
3) Perfect God- A God without flows or deficiencies and contains all perfections. The characteristics of God are there to help us define how God is different from us and creation.

Christians believe that God is all powerful, he is able to do everything. Along with God being omnipotent he is also forgiving and knows all that you do. Without the characteristics mentioned here, the Christian worldview could not be what it is. If God was not all forgiving he would not be able to forgive humans sins as Christians believe. God needs to be all powerful or Christians could not believe that he created all that there is. Also, people may not have a reason to act as God sees fit if he was not all seeing.

Atheism is a worldview that usually believes in the Big Bang theory and evolution, basing their beliefs more on scientific explanations. Christianity is a worldview and religion that believes in God and that the universe was created by him, that he is our all-mighty God. Both worldviews believe in the same things of being like galaxies, stars, planets, earth, humans, animals and different processes that make all of that go around. Some differences the worldviews have include their beliefs in how creation happened. Scientific explanations V.S the divine creator himself and the simple belief that there is one God V.S the belief that there is no god or supernatural force at all.
I think believing in God affects how a person makes decisions and their values in life. It shapes their thinking, and they base their purpose and choices off their personal beliefs. Choosing not to believe, also known as an atheist, makes it harder to make the right decisions. They base their decision making primarily on reason and empathy of others, more human-like principles. People can believe many different things within each different worldview, so it’s important to stay open minded but of course, personal experiences will always play a role in shaping how people live their lives.

Atheism and Christianity disagree on their views of the universe in terms of who created the world, and how. Atheists believe that the universe has exists due to natural causes and effects, such as evolution. The Christian worldview revers a specific God as the creator of all things. He existed before anything else, and created all things good and in his image.
Individuals live their lives based on their values and beliefs, and the same is true for differing opinions about the origin of the universe. Someone who believes that they were created in the likeness of their creator may revere their creator, and honor them through their actions. Someone who does not believe in a divine creator might not revere anyone besides specific people they know of.

Atheists generally reject the idea of a divine creator or intelligent design. On the other hand, Christianity, as a theistic belief system, asserts that God created the universe. According to Christian doctrine, God is the ultimate cause and creator of everything, including the universe. Atheism and Christianity have conflicting views regarding the existence of a divine being and its involvement in the creation of the universe. Atheism emphasizes naturalistic explanations, while Christianity attributes the creation of the universe to a personal God.
These different beliefs about the origin of the universe and the purpose of human existence can lead to significant differences in how individuals approach their lives. For example, someone who believes in a higher purpose may prioritize moral values and ethics, striving to be a good person and leave a positive legacy. On the other hand, someone who believes in self-created purpose may prioritize personal achievements and material success. Ultimately, a person's belief about the origin of the universe shapes their worldview and influences their values, priorities, and goals. It provides an understanding of the purpose of their own life and evaluating the significance of their actions and achievements.

Atheist have the world view that the universe’s origin was through scientific measures, whereas Christianity believes that God created the Heavens and the Earth, and all living things. Atheist do not believe in a God and have a disbelief in any God, or Heaven or Hell, where Christians believe in the one God, and if you are saved you will go to Heaven, and if you are not you will go to Hell. Atheist and Christians belief of God’s, how the Earth was created, and many other things differ, however they seem to have the common belief that the planet was created by other means besides ourselves.
I am a Christian, but even thinking like an Atheist on the subject, it would affect how I view things on the planet. If the Earth was created by some “scientific” explanation, where is this powerful science and why haven’t we come to use this yet? But as a Christian, it shapes the way I view everything on this planet. I view everything as a blessing or gift from God. Flowers, animals, humans, children, even things like spiders, rain, and stuff people would consider bad because they all have their place in the world the way that God created it. I’ve never thought about how my belief changes the way I view the world, but it makes me appreciate the beauty in things, and love every second I have on this earth because it’s very short lived. I can see how someone’s beliefs about origin could alter their views in life in a positive or negative way.

When it comes to atheism and Christianity it is really the way one views the two. Atheism means you do not believe in God, Heaven, or Hell. Christianity is the opposite one believes in it all. While Atheism argues the origins of the universe is scientifically created naturally despite Christianity argues that God created it and everything within. However, both can agree who created the universe and that person is “God”. It all depends on how one views the definition. As for how it makes a difference on one’s life and how it affects it is rather whether they believe in God or not. For it to be a positive affect’s one must believe God and have faith. Regardless of one view it all up to the person.

Three characteristics of the Christian God are wise, omnipresent, and loving. God is wise because He knows everything that has happened in the past and knows what will happen in the future. Christians believe in trusting God’s plan for them because He is all-knowing. God does not make mistakes or errors because He has more wisdom than any person in the world.
God is also omnipresent. This means that he is everywhere at all times. Christians believe that God always sees and knows what is happening to every person in the world, regardless of where they are. There is no way to hide from God.
God is also known to Christians as loving. He is loving because He wants the best for everyone, even if they make mistakes. The ultimate example of God’s love is seen through Jesus. He loves the people on earth so much that he sent Jesus to die for everyone’s sins.

When describing God the first characteristics that come to mind are his ability to love without limitations, his prevailing wisdom, and his well-deserved sovereignty. While reading he was described as the all-powerful, the all-knowing, the all-present. Christians grant all their love, faith, and praise to God. He is the Trinity to us, which means he is the father, son, and the Holy Spirit.
· To dissect why these characteristics are important to the Christian worldview, I will first begin with his unconditional love. God is our deity that forgives all who sin. When he was succumbing to his injuries on the cross instead of displaying his rage, he prayed for them. He explained through his prayer that they should be forgiven for they do not know what they are doing. If Jesus Christ can forgive those who wronged him what more true defining moment displays his unconditional love? Love can be seen in other aspects as well, because we were created in the image of himself. We are a peace of him. He is the definition of all things that are good.
· His wisdom is a huge characteristic that the Christian worldview values. It is the definition and highlight of his knowledge. When we explain how God created our world it all came in an organized and thought-out manner. Everything was created with purpose and had a designated date to be created. We were created on the 6th day. Everything is in sync in this world and is a true masterpiece. When describing him people can reference him as the all-knowing. He knows everything that happens in this world and with all of us. He knows what is to come and what has already happened.
· Another major characteristic that he possesses is in his name as our Sovereign Creator. We owe him all our faith, love, and devotion because he is the reason why we are all here. Everything in this world began with him. Therefore he is the Trinity, another important Christian worldview. Our Sovereign Creator is the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. All our gratitude is expressed to him because he is the all-powerful. He has the power to do anything.

God is the all-powerful, all-knowing, and ever-present being that Christians believe in. His omnipotence assures them that He has the ability to accomplish anything, His omniscience provides them with comfort knowing that He knows everything, and His omnipresence assures them that He is always with them. These characteristics are crucial to the Christian worldview because they provide a foundation of trust, hope, and guidance. Christians rely on God's power to overcome challenges, His knowledge to seek wisdom, and His presence to find comfort and peace. Ultimately, the characteristics of God shape the Christian's understanding of their purpose, their relationship with God, and their place in the world.
