1.Hypothetically speaking, you are assigned to create a policy on a dress code for your place of business.  You agree with establishing a dress code; however, the two other people on the committee are against it.  What steps might you take to gain the cooperation of the other two people on the committee?  Be specific. If this policy is instituted, how you address the implementation of this new policy with the employees of the company?
