1.  Companies like Caterpillar have been successful in part due to them  maximizing total customer value. How would you conduct a customer value  analysis for a company?


2.Airlines  like Spirit and Southwest are so called "low cost" airlines. Why do  consumers choose to fly with these airlines instead of Delta, United or  American? Is it price only or are there other consumer  behavior issues  that must be taken into account?
