There are different developmental theories that seek to explain how individuals develop and change over time. This week you reviewed theories related to cognitive and moral development. Consider the elements that play a role in each of these types of development, and reflect on Piaget's theory of cognitive development and Kohlberg's theory of morality.
How would you explain the role of culture in cognitive and moral development? How might this role vary across cultures, given the research presented in Ch. 4 of Culture and Psychology?
