We learned in an earlier unit that the problem-solving process involves seven steps (the first five of which are part of the decision-making process):

1. Define the problem
2. Identify the alternatives
3. Determine the criteria
4. Evaluate the alternatives
5. Choose an alternative
6. Implement the selected alternative
7. Evaluate the results

-What type of errors might occur at the various steps of the process that can impact the quality of a decision or future decisions? 

-Can you find examples from your own experience or from the media that demonstrate what errors occurred and how the error impacted the quality of the final results?
