Discussion: "Mock Surveys"

1. Discuss any inspections or surveys that you have gone through. Please present a specific example, and not just: "it helped us prepare better for the 'real' survey.”
2. Discuss how you would train a “mock survey team.”
3. How would you monitor the team’s success?
